We’re growing, and we’re currently looking for a Client Success Associate to join us.

About the Role

As a Client Success Associate at Reachdesk, you’ll join our team in an entry-level, commercially focused position with a clear path to grow quickly into a Client Success Manager role based on performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is ambitious, goal-oriented, resourceful, and eager to build a foundation in SaaS, client success, commercial account management, and solution-based selling.

You will start by learning the Reachdesk platform, supporting onboarding, and managing a smaller portfolio of new clients, helping them get set up, trained, and actively using Reachdesk for gifting and branded merchandise programs.

As you ramp, you will quickly move into the commercial side of Client Success: learning how to sell gifting and branded merchandise solutions through expertise, creativity, and outcome-based recommendations that drive spend and support client goals.

By consistently meeting or exceeding targets, you can earn your way into a Client Success Manager role, typically within six months. In that role, you will take on an expanded client portfolio, own client strategy, drive usage and spend, and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across your portfolio.
  • Build relationships across key Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand priorities, uncover opportunities, quantify budgets, and develop gifting strategies that support key client goals.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for your clients that justify long term financial investment in your initiatives.
  • Lead strategic conversations on gifting best practices, providing clear recommendations that increase gift redemption, drive increased spend, and impact client outcomes and ROI.
  • Advise platform admins and day-to-day senders on how to better leverage Reachdesk for key initiatives and gifting campaigns, including campaign automation, fund management, and broader platform adoption.
  • Proactively identify new use cases, company roles, and international markets to expand growth within existing accounts.
  • Introduce new products, features, and capabilities that unlock additional value for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage other Reachdesk capabilities and collaborate with our Account Managers to win that additional business.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, partnering cross-functionally to improve the client experience.

About You

  • Recent college graduate or early in your career, with a strong interest in SaaS, Client Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and learning how to influence clients.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Commercially curious, with an interest in how companies drive usage, engagement, retention, and account growth.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and explaining concepts clearly to different types of users.
  • Strong problem-solver with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
  • Energized by a role with a clear growth path and the opportunity to earn promotion into a full Client Success Manager position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience in a client-facing, sales, marketing, or technology environment.

The Benefits

  • Competitive salary with generous stock options
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance, including mental health support and fast access to care
  • Flexible PTO that increases the longer you’re with us, plus extra flexibility for life’s unexpected moments
  • A genuinely collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and ambitious people

Compensation is based on standardised salary ranges by role, level, and location, benchmarked against similar-sized companies. Final offers are determined by a combination of experience, skills, and role fit, and may vary from the listed range.
