About Leap

Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.

Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.

We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.

About the Role

Leap expects to more than double its covered lives in 2027, and the analytics behind both what we buy and what we sell need to scale with it. As Commercial & Network Analytics Manager, you'll build analytics and models for our Networks team, from creating drug prioritization frameworks scoring bids from specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, infusion providers and nursing agencies to building the models that guide partner selection, member routing and volume commitments. You’ll also become an expert in our Impact Analysis framework, helping our most strategic buyers understand the value of Leap and keeping the partner story and the employer savings story tied to the same numbers. This role reports into the Director of Business Operation and works closely with the Networks, Manufacturer, Growth, Engineering and Data teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork, Demand, and Partner Analytics
  • Score bids and rate cards from specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, infusion providers and nursing agencies against Leap’s price targets, and turn the results into feedback Networks uses in negotiations

  • Build prevalence and volume models from claims and membership data to project demand by drug, therapeutic area and region

  • Build geographic capacity models that show where infusion center and nursing coverage falls short of projected membership, and where to expand next

  • Build the case for drug manufacturers: the members, volume and sites of care Leap brings them

Turn Analyses Into Tools
  • Define requirements for our 2027 buy-side tools (rate-card comparison, preferred-partner routing, price tracking, A–F pricing grades) and partner with Engineering to ship them

  • Run those tools day to day and keep improving their accuracy and speed

  • Replace recurring manual analysis with AI-enabled workflows that other teams can run without you

Client-facing Claims Analysis & Sales Enablement
  • Partner with the enterprise sales team on strategic deals, tailoring analyses for prospects, brokers and benefits consultants

  • Run Leap’s Impact Analysis tooling and apply your understanding of healthcare claims data to build analyses for benefits leaders at some of the largest US employers, written for a CFO or benefits committee

  • Build templates, frameworks and tools that let the sales team deliver strong proposals at scale, so every prospect gets our best analysis

  • Find patterns across our book: which drugs and categories drive consistent savings, and what that means for how we price and target

Connect the Buy and Sell Side of our Business
  • Explore pricing model tradeoffs between client savings and movements in network pricing

  • Help prioritize drug and network efforts that accelerate growth across client segments

  • Deliver CEO-level recommendations on investment and partnership decisions

QualificationsRequired
  • 4-8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy or a similarly quantitative role

  • Track record of building rigorous analyses and models from scratch, including in Excel

  • Hands-on experience using AI and agentic tools to build and scale analyses

  • Ability to take messy data, find the insight and communicate it as a clear recommendation

  • Confidence presenting recommendations to executive audiences (internal and external)

  • Experience building scalable tools or processes in partnership with product or engineering teams

Preferred
  • Background in Management consulting (ideally life sciences) or investment banking, or analytics and strategy at a drug manufacturer, PBM, specialty pharmacy or health tech company

  • Experience in healthcare delivery, specialty pharmacy or drug pricing

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data

At Leap, we’re building an outlier company with real impact — and that takes focus, energy, and commitment. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
Leap is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. We’re committed to building a team that reflects a diversity of perspectives, experiences, and identities.
