We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Communications & IT Representative to manage our digital communication channels, website, CRM platform, and online presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and content creation skills with basic technical knowledge to support our digital platforms and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current and functional.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms and execute digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and administer the CRM portal, ensuring accurate customer data and system functionality.
  • Capture and edit photographs and videos for marketing and corporate communications.
  • Track customer feedback and prepare reports to support service improvement.
  • Perform basic website and CRM coding, troubleshooting, and system updates.
  • Monitor website, CRM, and social media performance and provide regular reports.
  • Support branding and communication initiatives across the organization.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in digital communications, website management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing websites, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Required Skills
  • Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Photography and videography.
  • Basic video editing.
  • Website coding (HTML/CSS or CMS platforms such as WordPress).
  • CRM management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
