Job Description

NextShining is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our New York team.

In this role, you will support internal and external communication initiatives, assist with the coordination of company projects and campaigns, and help ensure that messaging remains clear, professional, and consistent.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and an interest in developing a career in communications within a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating communication initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare, review, and organize professional written communications.
  • Support communication between departments, clients, and business partners.
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, materials, and communication-related activities.
  • Help maintain consistency and professionalism across company messaging.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, correspondence, and internal documentation.
  • Track communication projects and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on company initiatives and special projects.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the communications team.
