Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling conference themes, session topics, and full‑scale agendas based on research and audience needs.
• Interview industry experts, clients, and internal stakeholders to validate content direction and ensure program relevance.
Speaker & Advisory Board Management
• Source, recruit, and secure high‑caliber speakers, panelists, and moderators, including senior executives, thought leaders, and subject‑matter experts.
• Build and manage advisory boards to guide content strategy and ensure alignment with market priorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with speakers and advisors throughout the planning cycle.
Event Production & Onsite Management
• Serve as the primary content lead onsite, managing speakers, session flow, and overall program execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales, sponsorship) to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and support speakers to ensure a polished attendee experience.
• Project Management
• Oversee production timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure events launch on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to craft compelling event positioning and messaging.
• Partner with sponsorship teams to identify content‑aligned commercial opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities

• Monitor competitive events and industry shifts to keep Law.com’s conferences differentiated and innovative.
