Job Overview:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Chief Revenue Office (CRO), you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the organization's revenue-focused objectives. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in the CRO organization. You will work closely with the CRO and their leadership team to drive talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives to support the achievement of revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the CRO and their leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that support revenue growth and business objectives.
  2. Talent Management: Partner with the CRO to identify key talent needs, succession planning, and leadership development programs to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity within the CRO organization.
  4. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations, to drive individual and team performance.
  5. Organizational Development: Assess organizational needs and work with the CRO to design and implement organizational development programs and interventions.
  6. Change Management: Support the CRO in managing change initiatives within the organization, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new processes or strategies.
  7. HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to make informed HR decisions and provide insights to the CRO on HR-related matters.
  8. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure that HR practices within the CRO organization are in compliance.
  10. HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that impact the CRO organization and the company as a whole.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably supporting sales and revenue-focused teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive HR strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $132,400 to $165,000 annualized.

      We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
