  • Contribute to team projects that support broader business initiatives and strategic decision-making
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in a consumer insights, market research, customer insights, or analyst role
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey programming, workflow automation, and platform integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research data into clear findings and business-focused recommendations
  • Experience supporting both structured feedback programs and ad hoc research initiatives
  • Confidence creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, consultative manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Comfort working in a growing function where processes may evolve and team members contribute across a range of initiatives
  • Experience in education, certification, or a similarly customer-focused industry is helpful, but not required
