Create engaging, practical sales training content across YouTube, blogs, newsletters, toolkits, courses, podcasts, and sponsored concepts. Interview high-performing sellers and sales trainers, translate their methods into tactical breakdowns, storyboard video concepts, write compelling content, and help launch content series. The role requires strong sales knowledge, exceptional writing, and close in-person collaboration with the NYC-based team.

Looking for a vanilla marketing role? This isn’t it.

We’re looking for the Steven Spielberg of sales content – someone with sales experience who’s excited about collaborating with the top 1% sales trainers and practitioners in the game to create actionable, practical and FUN sales training content.

If you have sales experience and get excited about the idea of sitting in the Director’s Chair at the #1 Media Company in Sales, you’re in the right place.

This IS a content role (no quota!) but you’ll need sales experience, because this role entails:

  • Sitting down with an AE that hit 302% of their number and getting them to unpack their prospecting workflow in front of the camera

  • Finding a way to make a training on territory planning USEFUL and FUN

  • Planning a discovery call teardown with blue chip trainers like Jen Allen-Knuth, Mark Kosoglow, Jason Bay, Todd Caponi and more

You’ll be the Director that turns the stories of top 1% sellers into tactical, step-by-step breakdowns:

  • The Director for YouTube:: From live cold calling to negotiation training to new podcast bits: You’ll help structure and storyboard concepts that make understanding sales actually fun.

  • The Staff Writer for our Blog & Toolkits: You’ll work with top sellers and leaders to write on the #1 sales newsletter on the internet, helping them turn their President’s Club stories into tactical 30MPC breakdowns.

  • Everything Else: Whether you're launching our next course, coming up with a sponsored concept that pushes the edge, or helping plan a Youtube series, it's your job to make the fun, tactical 30MPC content a reality.

You’re either a “seller who wants to be a marketer” or a marketer in sales tech with these skills:

  • You must have 3+ years of sales experience ideally in tech

  • You can break down sales into a science. You can explain why a discovery question works or why a negotiation went off the rails

  • You’re a phenomenal writer who's excited to turn concepts and interviews into punchy, tactical newsletter and blogs that people actually want to read.

You’ll have a blast creating in-person in NYC (because content magic happens face-to-face):

  • In-Person Location (NYC + Retreats!): You'll be working with me (hi, I'm Nick). I'm based in NYC and so is 75% of our team. We get together in-person 3x per week because the best content jamming happens on a whiteboard, not a zoom.

  • Compensation: We pay at the 75th percentile and include performance-based bonuses for key roles to reward top performers. Compensation, level, and pay band will be determined based on the candidate's experience level. Annual Salary for this role ranges between $100,000 and $145,000.

  • Benefits: We have top notch healthcare including a plan where premiums are fully covered, a 401(k), and lots of fun perks like team retreats. Our last one was in Costa Rica!

And if you wanna dip your toes in, we occasionally start with a 30 day (paid) trial period to de-risk it for both of us before going full-time!

Ready to punch your ticket to President's Club? We’d love to meet you!
