Develops practical, entertaining sales content across YouTube, newsletters, blogs, toolkits, courses, and sponsored concepts. Requires at least three years of sales experience, strong understanding of sales methodology, exceptional writing ability, and in-person collaboration in New York City.

We’re looking for the Steven Spielberg of sales content: someone with real sales experience who wants to work with the top 1% of sales trainers and practitioners to make sales training actionable, practical, and FUN.

If sitting in the Director’s Chair at the #1 Media Company in Sales sounds like your kind of next chapter, you’re in the right place.

This is a CONTENT role. No quota. But you NEED 3+ years of sales experience, because you’ll be doing things like:

  • Interviewing an AE who hit 302% of their number and getting them to show exactly how they prospect on camera

  • Taking a topic like territory planning and finding the angle that makes it USEFUL and FUN

  • Building a discovery call teardown with blue chip trainers like Jen Allen-Knuth, Mark Kosoglow, Jason Bay, Todd Caponi, and more

Your job: turn what top 1% sellers do into step-by-step content other sellers can actually use.

  • Directing YouTube Content: Live cold calling, negotiation training, new podcast bits. You’ll help shape the concepts, structure the lessons, and storyboard content that makes learning sales actually fun.

  • Writing our Newsletter, Blog & Toolkits: You’ll work with top sellers and leaders to turn their President’s Club stories into punchy, tactical 30MPC breakdowns for the #1 sales newsletter on the internet.

  • Bringing New Ideas to Life: From our next course to a sponsored concept that pushes the edge to a new YouTube series, you’ll help turn ideas into the fun, practical content people expect from 30MPC.

You might be a seller looking to move into content, or a marketer with sales experience. Either way:

  • You must have 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in tech.

  • You can explain the science behind good selling. You know why one discovery question gets a buyer talking and another fizzles. You can spot where a negotiation went off the rails and explain what should have happened instead.

  • You’re a phenomenal writer. You’re excited to turn interviews and ideas into tactical newsletters and blog posts that people actually want to read.

We create together in NYC, because the best content ideas happen face-to-face.

  • In-Person Location (NYC + Retreats!): You’ll work with me (hi, I’m Nick). I’m based in NYC, and so is 75% of our team. We meet in person 3x per week because we do our best content jamming around a whiteboard, not on Zoom.

  • Compensation: We pay at the 75th percentile and include performance-based bonuses for key roles to reward top performers. Compensation, level, and pay band will be determined by the candidate’s experience. Annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $145,000.

  • Benefits: We have top notch healthcare, including a plan with fully covered premiums, a 401(k), and fun perks like team retreats. Our last one was in Costa Rica!

Want to try working together first? We occasionally begin with a paid 30-day trial to de-risk the move for both sides before going full-time.

Ready to help more sellers punch their ticket to President’s Club? We’d love to meet you!
