Role Overview:
As a Coordinator on the Social & Influencer team, you’ll play an important role in supporting creator and influencer campaigns from research through execution and reporting. You’ll help identify the right talent, coordinate campaign logistics, maintain project materials, and keep day-to-day workflows moving.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution of creator campaigns, including scheduling, status tracking, deliverable management, and documentation
- Conduct creator research and help identify talent based on campaign objectives, audience, platform presence, and cultural relevance
- Assist with creator vetting (including detailed reviews for competitive partnerships, etc.), outreach, and communications with creators, agents, and managers
- Support the contracting process by tracking agreement status, key terms, deadlines, and required documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate campaign trackers, talent lists, project files, and reporting documents
- Monitor creator content, social platforms, and cultural trends to surface relevant talent, formats, and opportunities for the team
- Support content review and approval workflows, ensuring feedback, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly tracked
- Gather campaign metrics and performance data to support reporting and post-campaign analysis
Qualifications
- 0–1 years of professional or internship experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, advertising, talent, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Genuine interest in creators, influencer marketing, social media, and internet culture
- Strong familiarity with platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable asking questions and solving problems
- Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $63,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
