The team will support assigned territories, primarily aligned by zone, with flexibility to work across territories as business needs and the model continues to evolve.

Drive Planning-Led Growth
  • Drive growth in Eagle assets, financial planning adoption, and protection sales, including Life, Long-Term Care (LTC), and Disability Insurance (DI), across assigned territories and General Offices.
  • Translate financial planning strategies into actionable opportunities that strengthen advisor productivity and client engagement.
  • Help advisors identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand the breadth of solutions provided.
  • Partner closely with Product Consultants to deliver integrated insurance and wealth strategies aligned with client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside advisors to support the presentation and delivery of financial planning strategies.

Develop and Support Advisors
  • Provide targeted support to Focus Agents, particularly IARs in their first three years, to help accelerate their development and business growth.
  • Coach advisors on planning tools, client engagement strategies, and business development practices.
  • Help newer advisors incorporate planning-led approaches into their practices and client conversations.
  • Use targeted engagement and performance insights to identify opportunities to strengthen advisor effectiveness and results.

Deliver Financial Planning Expertise
  • Serve as a resource to advisors on holistic financial planning and more complex client planning strategies.
  • Support the delivery of both fee-based and non-fee-based financial plans.
  • Leverage financial planning technology, including eMoney, to help advisors develop and present planning strategies.
  • Provide expertise on connecting insurance and wealth solutions to address clients' broader financial needs.

Partner with the Field
  • Deliver training, presentations, and advisor and client-facing engagements in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Build strong relationships across agents, managers, General Offices, Zones, Product Consultants, and Home Office partners.
  • Reinforce consistent financial planning and sales practices across assigned territories.
  • Track field activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools and established reporting processes.

Collaborate Across the Organization
  • Partner with Agency leadership, Product Consultants, Financial Planning, and Home Office teams to align priorities and coordinate field execution.
  • Establish a strong partnership with the Financial Planning team to support consistent planning strategies and advisor experiences.
  • Help ensure clear and coordinated messaging across stakeholders.
  • Bring field feedback and insights back to key partners to help refine strategies, tools, and approaches.

Support Operational Excellence
  • Effectively manage territory coverage, scheduling, travel, and field engagement.
  • Maintain disciplined tracking of activities, outcomes, and key performance measures.
  • Support pilot governance, reporting, and performance monitoring as the model develops.
  • Contribute insights and best practices that can help strengthen and scale the Planning and Solutions Consultant model.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, sales, distribution, field consulting, or a related financial services role.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 65 licenses.
  • CFP® or ChFC® designation.
  • Active Life and Health insurance license.
  • Strong understanding of insurance and investment solutions and how they can work together within a holistic financial plan.
  • Experience working with financial planning technology, with knowledge of eMoney preferred.
  • Strong consultative, relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate financial planning concepts into clear, actionable strategies for advisors and clients.
  • Experience working within an insurance agency or advisor distribution environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
