About this role:
Reporting to the Head of Brand Design & Experience, this role serves as a senior creative voice on the team-helping shape how the brand is expressed across marketing, product, and experience touchpoints. As a strategic individual contributor, the Creative Director will lead high-impact design initiatives, elevate creative quality, and guide brand integration across channels. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY or San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work schedule. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Lead Marketing Consultant.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead creative development across brand design, product launches, and cross-channel storytelling
  • Provide creative direction across digital, environmental, editorial, campaign, and motion workstreams
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and agencies to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative
  • Strengthen cross-team visibility, communication, and design operations
  • Uphold and evolve brand standards and strategy across all executions
  • Provide leadership coverage for meetings, reviews, and stakeholder conversations as needed
  • Mentor creatives and foster a culture of collaboration, critique, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency
  • Experience developing creative strategies for enterprise-level brand design initiatives
  • Experience developing brand strategy and design principles for world-class brands
  • Experience leading the creative process and adhering to brand standards
  • Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma to create high-quality assets
