Overview
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to continue defining and elevating the rag & bone brand’s creative expression across all channels. This leader will own the end-to-end creative direction by shaping brand storytelling, campaigns, art direction, and visual identity. The Creative Director will translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class campaigns, content, and assets that resonate with our audience and reinforce our position within the fashion landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Brand Leadership
- Define and evolve the brand’s creative vision, visual language, and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- Set the creative direction for seasonal campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across digital, retail, e-commerce, social, editorial, and marketing assets.
- Champion innovation while maintaining brand integrity and aesthetic cohesion.
Campaign Development & Art Direction
- Lead concept development, art direction, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Product teams to align creative with business strategy.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, casting, styling, and post-production processes.
- Guide external creative partners including photographers, stylists, agencies, and production teams.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-house creative team including designers, art directors, copywriters, and producers.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Partner with senior leadership to align creative priorities with growth goals.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to executive stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Establish scalable creative workflows and processes to support a fast-paced fashion calendar.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across campaigns and projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets that meet both creative and commercial standards.
Brand Growth & Innovation
- Monitor industry trends, cultural shifts, and emerging platforms to keep the brand creatively relevant.
- Introduce new formats, storytelling approaches, and creative technologies.
- Balance artistic vision with performance-driven outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or contemporary brands.
- Proven success leading brand campaigns and large-scale creative initiatives.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated art direction and brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of fashion culture, visual trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and external partners.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Salary range is $180,000-225,000 based on previous experience, relevancy of experience and candidate expectations.
