About PointFive

PointFive finds the cost buried inside enterprise infrastructure, from the cloud to coding agents. We pioneered DeepWaste across cloud and data platforms, and we are now doing the same for AI token spend with TokenShift.
Fanatics, H&M, Hertz, Nubank, Citizens Bank and other Fortune 500 companies use PointFive to see and cut what their infrastructure and AI actually cost.

We have raised $96 million, most recently a $60 million Series B led by Accel. Engineering sits in Tel Aviv and our go-to-market team is focused on North America. PointFive Labs, our research arm, publishes original work on how infrastructure and AI actually get paid for.

CRN named us one of the 10 hottest cloud computing startups of 2026, Forbes Israel put us on its Next Billion Dollar Startups list, and Redpoint selected us for its InfraRed 100, its ranking of the private companies shaping the future of cloud infrastructure.

About the role

This is a hands-on creative role. You will come up with ideas, build them, ship them and watch what happens. The goal is buzz, shares, followers, mindshare and category authority. Pipeline follows attention, but attention is the job.

You will take rough concepts from our leadership and turn them into real campaigns on your own, and you will bring plenty of your own. You will think about distribution while you are still shaping the idea, not after it is finished.

What you'll do
  • Invent and ship campaigns, games, competitions, tools, lists, stunts, videos and interactive experiences that people choose to share.

  • Turn PointFive's research into stories that engineers, executives and press repeat.

  • Make customers, practitioners and partners the heroes of the story, so they are proud to share it with their own networks.

  • Get our people, customers and community sharing our work because they want to.

  • Give PointFive a distinctive personality and voice across LinkedIn, Reddit, communities and events.

  • Support the creative themes for our conferences and events, and tie them into bigger campaigns, working alongside our field marketing team who bring them to life.

  • Make PointFive the name people think of, and the source they reach for, when the topic is infrastructure and AI cost.

  • Run lots of fast experiments, keep what works and drop what doesn't.

The kind of briefs you'll get
  • Take a dry enterprise number and turn it into something people argue about in the comments.

  • A customer just saved a lot of money. Make them the hero of something they actually want to post.

  • A big industry conference is one key moment in a three-month campaign. Give the whole thing a theme people remember, and make ours the booth they talk about after they leave.

  • Build something interactive, a tool, a game or a quiz, that people send to their team.

  • Our category all looks and sounds the same. Show us something that doesn't.

You are the right person if
  • You have built an audience from zero yourself. A newsletter, a following, a community, a side project, a meetup. You know what it takes to go from 10 people to 10,000 without a famous logo behind you.

  • You are always online. You understand LinkedIn, Reddit, communities, memes and how things spread, and you use them yourself.

  • You have made things people voluntarily shared, and you can point to them.

  • You write very well and you are funny on purpose.

  • You can make a technical or "boring" enterprise category interesting to technical buyers.

  • You have done the work yourself, not only briefed agencies.

  • You are comfortable with a lot of your experiments failing.

  • You are hungry to create breakout work you can put your name on.

You don't need every one of these. Show us you can own this.

Bonus points if you
  • Can code or vibecode well enough to ship a landing page, a leaderboard or a small tool without waiting for engineering.

  • Have a portfolio of experiments, including the ones that flopped.

  • Have worked somewhere early during a breakout moment and can say exactly what you contributed.

  • Know cloud, FinOps, dev tools or AI infrastructure, or are curious enough to learn it fast.

This probably isn't for you if
  • You want to run a content calendar, manage a social inbox or optimize lead forms.

  • You mostly manage agencies and teams rather than make things yourself.

What you might not love
  • You are the first person doing this at PointFive. There is no playbook, no asset library and no creative team underneath you.

  • Making a customer or partner the hero means getting their comms team to say yes. Some great ideas will die in someone else's legal review.

  • A lot of your experiments will fail in public.

  • Your manager is a pop culture addict who will bother you with ideas only he finds funny. You are allowed, and expected, to say "no, that's ridiculous." If you can't enjoy a ridiculous idea even when you kill it, don't join.

How we'll know it's working
  • More people follow, share and talk about PointFive and our leaders, month over month.

  • PointFive becomes the name people bring up first when the topic is infrastructure cost and AI cost.

  • Press and practitioners quote us without being pitched.

  • Customers and partners ask to be part of the next campaign.
