Veta Virtual is hiring a Crypto Sales & Client Services Associate for one of our high-growth clients in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry. This is a sales-driven, relationship-first role built for someone who is persuasive, financially fluent, and passionate about delivering a white-glove client experience in the world of over-the-counter cryptocurrency trading. 🔑 Your Role:

As a Crypto Sales & Client Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients on our client's OTC crypto trade desk — driving sales, nurturing relationships, and ensuring every investor gets a confident, seamless trading experience. You will handle inbound and outbound communication across phone, text, and email while partnering with Compliance to ensure every transaction meets regulatory standards. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing OTC desk clients — serving as their dedicated point of contact and trusted advisor for all cryptocurrency transaction and investment needs.
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, onboarding new clients, tracking leads, and implementing strategies to expand the client base and maximize per-client transaction volume.
  • Handling high-volume inbound and outbound client communication across phone, SMS, and email — responding to inquiries, following up on opportunities, and proactively reaching out to drive engagement and trades.
  • Guiding clients through the process of executing crypto trades via Bank Wire and ACH transfers — ensuring a smooth, confident, and well-supported transaction experience from start to finish.
  • Onboarding new clients onto the OTC platform — educating them on how the platform works, explaining cryptocurrency wallets, Bitcoin fundamentals, and the advantages of OTC trading for larger investors.
  • Implementing client retention strategies to drive loyalty, increase transaction frequency, and grow average revenue per client over time.
  • Partnering with the Compliance team to monitor transactions for suspicious activity — filing SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) tickets when required and ensuring all client interactions meet regulatory and AML standards.
  • Tracking and reporting on personal performance KPIs — including call quality, client registration ratios, and trades per client — and consistently working to meet and exceed targets.
  • Staying current on cryptocurrency products, market trends, and platform updates — so every client conversation is informed, value-adding, and builds long-term trust.

✅ What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, financial services, or client-facing revenue role — this is not a traditional customer service position; you must be comfortable owning sales targets and driving results.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue or sales targets in a high-touch environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills — confident, clear, and professional across every channel and with every type of investor profile.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial and cryptocurrency concepts in simple, relatable, and compelling terms for a wide range of audiences.
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of daily client communication — calls, texts, and emails — without losing quality, accuracy, or momentum.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly adaptable — you hold yourself accountable to targets, embrace a fast-paced environment, and never need to be chased for results.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting with a high degree of ownership and discipline.
  • Bonus: experience with OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales.
  • Bonus: familiarity with SAR filing, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring in a financial services context.

  • To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
