At Marble, Customer Experience isn't just a support function — it's the heartbeat of the company. Our CX team sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and the people who matter most: students, parents, therapists, school counselors, and insurance partners. In a space this complex and this important, CX is where some of the most critical decisions get made.
We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help build this function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity. As one of the first members of Marble's CX team, you'll have real ownership over how we show up for the kids and families we serve. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with operators who've scaled high-growth startups before, move fast on problems that actually matter, and see the direct impact of your work in the lives of children navigating behavioral health challenges.
If you're someone who wants to build something, this is your seat at the table.
- Low status, high grit. Going from 0 to 1 isn’t glamorous. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work required get the job done. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and call our counselors, therapists, patients and families.
- Growth mindset. You’re excited by the challenges this job will present as opportunities to adapt, learn and grow.
- Thrives in ambiguity. If you’re energized by imposing structure in an uncertain, dynamic environment and making sound decisions with imperfect information, this role is for you.
- Relationship obsessed. You care deeply about the people we’re serving and the team we’re building together.
- Ownership orientation. As an early hire on the CX team, you’ll help shape Marble in ways big and small. That means speaking up when something is broken and bringing solutions to the table to address the issues you identify.
- 2+ years experience working at a high-growth startup in an operations or CX role.
- Demonstrated history of success and rapid career advancement.
The compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, this role includes participation in our stock options program, offering the opportunity to share in the company’s growth and success.
