About the company
Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Establish and run the customer success function from the ground up, acting as the main point of contact for client relationships. You will advise senior client stakeholders, interpret performance data and partner closely with company leadership. The position is largely individual-contributor at first, with room to grow into managing a team.
What you'll do
- Own client accounts from start to finish, including recurring meetings, supporting materials and performance reviews for senior client executives.
- Advise clients on strategy, explain the reasoning behind the platform's actions and pass client business context back to the internal team.
- Analyze performance data, prepare account audits and turn detailed metrics into clear stories for executive audiences.
- Get directly involved in client accounts when hands-on adjustments are needed to keep results on track.
- Shape the processes and playbooks of the customer success function, and later recruit and lead a team.
