ABOUT THE ROLE

A successful Team Manager of IT Ops promotes a collaborative and communicative culture between company staff and Engineering by providing timely support, automation, productivity tools and connectivity in support of productivity, risk reduction, and growth. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Macintosh support with familiarity in Windows environments. Above all, this person should have a strong focus on customer service in supporting our internal and external customers.

This role is on a full-time Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional on call responsibilities during weekends and holidays.

If Hired, You Will:

• Manage, direct, and evaluate assigned team members
• Oversee team member work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and faster turnaround times
• Review timesheets, addresses team questions and concerns, and mentor team members
• Organize, prioritize and assign work in a timely manner to meet objectives and deadlines
• Create, manage and update SOPs, procedures and other technical documentsBecome proficient in understanding how each software component, system design, and configuration is linked together to form an end-to-end solution
• Align IT requirements with the capabilities of the infrastructure
• Support corporate efforts related to information security, regulatory compliance, and protection of company and customer data assets
• Project future infrastructure needs and offer solutions
• Participate in the design, implementation and ongoing management of information management system
• Manage infrastructure and development issues related to day to day corporate operations 
• Serve on an on-call team and as an escalation contact for service trouble incidents 
• Manage life-cycle of computer inventory, as well as additional hardware (monitors, mice and keyboards etc.)
• Partner with vendors on hardware ordering to scale accordingly with demand

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years experience of Macintosh administration, configuration, and in-depth troubleshooting of Macintosh end-user systems
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in information technology organization, to include lead or supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position 
• Experience with Microsoft systems and software products
• Familiarity with mobile devices and their useHands-on experience with common Internet systems and Technologies
• Practical knowledge of networking for Internet applications and useCustomer-centric attitude 
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and apply new technology 
• Ability to work Saturday schedule
