  • 5+ years of experience leading B2B demand generation
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and deep experience with marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or commensurate workplace experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in a SaaS business or at a company that sold into the HR/Benefits space.

This role must be based in the New York Tri-State area.

The base salary for this position ranges between $130,000 - $160,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
