  • Coordinate with designers on the creation and execution of digital assets, including ad creative, DTC websites, and landing pages
  • Stay closely connected with key cross-functional partners across Brand, Insights, R&D, and Marketing on business priorities and experimentation needs
  • Monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to bring fresh thinking, new ideas, and pilot opportunities into the team’s work
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, agility, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team and our cross-functional partners

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in paid social and/or digital media campaign strategy & execution
  • Experience with social media ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), including campaign setup, audience management, and performance optimization
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, partners, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using analytics and reporting platforms to evaluate campaign performance, benchmarks, and statistical significance
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, adapting quickly as priorities evolve, and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across a large, complex organization and with external partners

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, creator commerce, affiliate marketing, or other emerging commerce models
  • Experience applying generative AI or other AI-enabled marketing technologies to content, personalization, research, analytics, automation, or workflow improvement
  • Experience developing or optimizing storefronts, product detail pages, shoppable content, creator partnerships, or commerce-focused customer journeys.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, conversion optimization, customer journey thinking, and/or digital test-and-learn approaches
  • Experience supporting innovation, new product development, digital transformation, or growth initiatives across multiple brands or businesses.
  • Working knowledge of consumer privacy, consent, data governance, and responsible AI considerations as they relate to digital marketing and experimentation
