Job Summary

Essen Health Care is seeking aDigital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing healthcare network across NYC. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer with mandatory healthcare experience and a passion for creating meaningful, patient-focused content. 

Responsibilities
  • Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, web, and paid campaigns 
  • Create and schedule engaging content aligned with healthcare compliance standards 
  • Assist with brand storytelling for multiple service lines (Primary Care, Specialty Care, House Calls, Women’s Health, etc.) 
  • Track campaign performance and provide basic analytics and reporting 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment, patient engagement, and community outreach efforts 
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing (mandatory) 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social, email, web, paid media) 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment 
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail 

Preferred / Nice to Have 

  • Experience in Women’s Health marketing 
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, patient engagement, or provider branding 
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-service healthcare organizations 

Portfolio Requirement 

  • Portfolio or samples of digital marketing work required (social campaigns, email marketing, web content, paid ads, or healthcare-focused projects preferred)
