Pay for this position:  $73,000 / yr - $79,000 / yr


The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

Responsibilities
  • Creates and manages digital marketing plans for internal clients boosting employee recruitment, charitable support, child care enrollment and more.
  • Tracks trends, performance and cost-efficiency making improvements as necessary for better results.
  • Prepares reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Serves as a key or primary contact for digital marketing vendors following, prompting and monitoring tasks plus tracking partner performance.
  • Responsible for the agency’s branding and performance on all digital channels including review sites, online job boards, etc.
  • Handles online listening, monitoring and responses.
  • Generates content targeting key audiences with motivators and clear calls to action, especially for social media

 

Approximately 50% of work is dedicated to social media management and content; 30% to SEO/SEM; and remaining to other digital responsibilities including analytics, websites, email, etc. plus reporting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field required, master’s level preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including social media management, multi-channel campaigns, website content, email marketing and analyzing data and performance
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads or similar credentials preferred
  • Exemplary skills in research, interviewing, copy writing and editing; photography and video production is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license, aligned with Heritage Christian’s motor vehicle record standards, and reliable transportation
