OUR ROLE

Vita Brands, a division of Fiskars Group, is currently seeking a Digital Operations Specialist who will be responsible for executing the day-to-day digital commerce operations supporting the ecommerce ecosystem for Vita Brands across the Americas. This role ensures products, digital assets, merchandising, and content are accurately prepared, launched, and maintained across NuORDER, Direct-to-Consumer websites, and wholesale ecommerce partners.

Working from the commercial calendar established by the Digital Commerce Manager, the Digital Operations Specialist coordinates product setup, digital asset management, ecommerce content, merchandising execution, and launch readiness to ensure flawless digital experiences across every ecommerce channel.

This position serves as the operational hub connecting Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Brand Teams, and external ecommerce partners to deliver consistent, accurate, and timely digital commerce execution.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Commercial Calendar Execution

Execute digital launch calendars for every Vita Brand.

Coordinate launch readiness across:

  • NuORDER
  • DTC Ecommerce
  • Wholesale Ecommerce Partners
  • Online Marketplaces

Track milestones and communicate launch status.

Product Setup & Catalog Management on NuORDER and Indirect Channels

Manage product information including:

  • SKU/UPC creation
  • Optimized Product titles
  • Optimized Product descriptions
  • Dimensions
  • Materials
  • Attributes
  • Pricing
  • Product relationships
  • Categories
  • Collections
  • Inventory visibility

Maintain accuracy across all digital platforms.

Digital Asset Management

Coordinate, crop, edit, and distribute:

  • Product photography
  • Lifestyle imagery
  • Videos
  • Campaign assets
  • Retailer-specific assets & specs

Responsibilities include:

  • Cropping
  • File naming
  • Asset organization
  • Distribution
  • Version control

Ensure assets meet retailer requirements.

Ecommerce Content Operations

Audit and Optimize:

  • Product Detail Pages (PDP)
  • Product Listing Pages (PLP)
  • Landing Pages
  • Navigation
  • Search
  • Filters
  • Collection Pages
  • Promotional Content
  • Cross-sell modules

Identify issues and coordinate corrections.

Wholesale Ecommerce Support

Support digital execution across:

  • NuORDER
  • Wayfair
  • Zola
  • Macy's
  • Bloomingdale's
  • Nordstrom
  • Neiman Marcus
  • Williams Sonoma
  • Perigold
  • Dillard's

Ensure all products and assets are live, accurate, and optimized.

Launch Validation

Before launch verify:

  • Products visible
  • Pricing correct
  • Images loaded
  • Assets complete
  • Navigation functioning
  • Search working
  • Categories assigned
  • Landing pages live
  • Campaign assets published

After launch perform quality assurance across all channels.

Reporting & Insights

Monitor and report:

  • Content health
  • Missing assets
  • Broken links
  • Image quality
  • Search visibility
  • Merchandising compliance
  • Launch completion
  • Content accuracy
  • Retailer compliance

Provide recommendations to improve digital execution.

Cross Functional Coordination

Work daily with:

  • Marketing

Coordinate digital deliverables and resolve operational issues.

 

WHO YOU ARE

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented digital commerce professional who enjoys making sure everything is in the right place, at the right time, and ready to go. You have a strong understanding of ecommerce operations and take pride in ensuring product information, digital content, and assets are accurate, complete, and consistent across multiple channels.

You are comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once and have a natural eye for detail. Whether you're setting up product information, preparing digital assets, auditing a product page, or validating a launch, you are thorough and understand that small details can make a big difference to the customer experience.

You are a strong communicator and collaborative team player who enjoys working across Marketing, Sales, Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external retail partners. You are proactive about identifying issues, comfortable following up to get things done, and able to keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Most importantly, you are curious, adaptable, and hands-on. You enjoy learning new platforms and processes, solving problems, and finding ways to make digital commerce operations more efficient and effective.


Experience & knowledge:

  • 2–4 years ecommerce operations experience
  • Experience managing digital assets
  • Experience with product information management
  • Ecommerce merchandising knowledge
  • Experience using CMS, PIM, DAM, or ecommerce platforms
  • Experience with NuORDER preferred
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Ecommerce

Language Skills

  • English required

Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Annually
