We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Digital Transformation Strategy Specialist

This role supports digital change delivery by bridging client needs, business requirements, and technology. The individual assists with client demos, gathers feedback, and works with product teams on integration. They support stakeholder engagement, help align local and global strategy through market and competitive analysis, and translate client needs into business requirements. The role also promotes a digital-first mindset among colleagues, addresses gaps between current processes and the target operating model (TOM), and resolves user systems access issues.

We will count on you to:

• Communicates and engages with stakeholders, performs risk assessments, and helps implement complex systems and technologies.
• Curates and manages compelling digital content aligned with group strategy, with appropriate customization for local needs.
• Understands and documents requirements for digital solutions and ensures designers have a clear and complete understanding of product requirements.
• Helps conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments related to the implementation of digital solutions.
• Supports the identification and resolution of gaps between new and existing business processes and applications.
• Investigates and documents data readiness in core transactional systems and works with operations teams to resolve data gaps.
• Supports implementation activities, including system demonstrations, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoots system access issues for users.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,400 to $160,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
