Responsibilities

Responsible for leading engineering teams for MacOS, Browser, and Digital
Employee Experience for Digital Workplace.
Performs core leadership aspects to support the MacOS Operating System, DEX,
and browser.
 Strategically prioritize work for the team
 Managing vendor relationships
 Participates in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and
documentation
 Supports configuration and implementation deployments to 100,000+
clients
 Contributes to the creation of technical design/implementation planning
 Supports requirements understanding and issue resolution
 Work with stakeholders on strategic efforts
 Operates the team in an Agile methodology
 Aligns strategy with Architecture

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent work experience

 10 years of experience administering MacOS, Dex, or Browser
environments
 Advanced understanding of Microsoft Intune or Jamf
 Proven history of program delivery over multiple release cycles
 Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership,
problem solving and analytical skills.
 Practical experience in effective time management, including the ability to
prioritize effectively.
 Proven collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without
authority
Preferred Qualifications
 Advanced troubleshooting
 Familiarity with Identity and Access Management
 Knowledge of Agile Practices
