Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the vital transformation engine of Kyndryl, partnering with enterprise customers around the world to modernize their mission-critical environments. As we expand our reach and deepen our consultative relationships, the Consult Growth organization ensures our global consulting community has the insights, capabilities, and cutting-edge tools needed to bring unmatched value to our customers.

You will step into a pivotal leadership role as the Director, Consult Growth & Enablement, co-designing and executing a progressive enablement strategy across our global Kyndryl Consultant Profession (KCP). You will serve as the strategic bridge between Go-To-Market priorities, consulting sales execution, and modern enablement architectures, directly empowering practitioners to accelerate signings and deliver meaningful client outcomes.

This role operates at the nexus of strategic planning, enablement technology innovation, and practical deal pursuit. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across a highly matrixed global landscape, working alongside consulting leaders, account teams, architects, and technical subject matter experts to turn enablement into a measurable commercial differentiator.

What You Will Do

Enablement Strategy and GTM Alignment

  • Partner with the VP and Global Lead of Consult Growth to co-design, establish, and own the comprehensive enablement strategy for the global KCP community.
  • Align all learning paths, playbooks, and development initiatives directly to Consult Growth priorities, annual signings targets, and the broader Go-To-Market operating model.
  • Establish a rhythm of business with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment between enablement investments and regional market needs.

AI and Technology-Forward Design

  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, knowledge platforms, AI coaching simulations, and agentic assistants to modernize how consultants learn and prepare.
  • Make decisive, proactive calls on what technologies to pilot, scale, or retire to keep Kyndryl's enablement approach ahead of industry standards.
  • Build comprehensive business cases and technology roadmaps to secure executive sponsorship and capital investment for AI-enabled learning initiatives.

Real-World Sales Motion and Deal Coaching

  • Design and anchor enablement programs around how consultants actually win and deliver work, prioritizing pursuit support, proposal craft, and deal-level coaching over generic curriculum.
  • Leverage practical consulting sales experience to facilitate win-loss debriefs and inject real-world deal learnings back into the practitioner community.
  • Partner directly with deal pursuit teams on strategic bids to model consultative selling behaviors and client-centric value propositions.

Program Delivery and Operational Rigor

  • Translate high-level enablement strategies into structured, milestone-driven program plans across multiple workstreams, regional owners, and operational timelines.
  • Maintain rigorous governance, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation across all active enablement rollouts.
  • Define and track clear metrics of success, including time-to-competency, tool adoption, practitioner engagement, and pipeline productivity, reporting progress to executive leadership.

Matrix Leadership and Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and scale a focused enablement team as organizational scope expands, setting a positive operational rhythm and collaborative team culture.
  • Drive behavioral change and program adoption across a global matrix of consulting professionals through deep credibility, partnership, and influence rather than formal hierarchy.
  • Champion continuous skill development, helping create clear career pathways and capability benchmarks for consultants across all geographies.

Who You Are

You are good at what you do and possess the strategic vision, consulting acumen, and operational drive to prove it. Equally as important, you bring a strong growth mindset and an appetite for continuous learning, staying curious about new technologies and ways of working. You are customer-focused, always connecting consultant enablement directly to customer success and business value. You thrive in an open, borderless environment, working across cultural boundaries and functional silos to build community, share knowledge, and lift others up.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting or a related field
  • Direct experience leading or designing sales enablement, deal coaching, or go-to-market programs within a consulting or professional services organization

  • Experience in project management, customer engagement, and team empowerment
