· Maintain a secure and compliant technology environment by implementing and continuously improving access controls, identity governance, security monitoring, risk management practices, data protection safeguards, and change management processes.

· Translate organizational priorities into operational technology capabilities by partnering with IT and business leaders to develop and execute technology roadmaps that support CMI's clinical, research, educational, and administrative objectives.

· Establish and maintain operational disciplines that enable resilient service delivery, including business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, crisis management, service management, and change management practices.

· Serve as the steward of IT Operations investments, ensuring technology resources, vendors, contracts, infrastructure, and services are managed efficiently, aligned with organizational priorities, and deliver measurable value.

· Define, monitor, and improve operational performance through meaningful metrics and service management practices, leveraging ITIL principles and other industry frameworks to drive service quality, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

· Build and lead a high-performing IT Operations organization by establishing clear expectations, developing team capabilities, fostering accountability, and creating a culture of service excellence.

· Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • Master's Degree in computer information systems or relevant equivalent.
  • 7 years working experience in a senior IT role.
