About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead marketing operations for a software business, owning the data, systems and reporting that convert leads, users and accounts into revenue. This senior position shapes strategy with executives while staying close to the analysis and tooling. The role reports to the head of revenue operations.

What you'll do

- Manage the complete lifecycle of leads, users and accounts across self-serve and sales-assisted paths, including stage definitions, scoring, routing, response-time standards and funnel reporting.

- Within the first 90 days, create a model that puts a dollar value on lost revenue from stalled users, overlooked buying signals, unworked leads, routing errors and tracking gaps, then shrink that loss every quarter.

- Help leadership shape worldwide and regional marketing plans.

- Develop a budget-to-revenue model that shows which programs deserve more funding and which should be reduced.

- Set the approach for crediting and measuring results across every marketing channel so executives can rely on the figures.

- Lead the recurring performance reviews, including weekly funnel check-ins, inputs for quarterly business reviews and forecasts.

- Work with sales operations to use buyer intent and product engagement data to drive targeted outreach through AI and automation.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 6+ years of marketing operations experience at a B2B software company, including leading teams at Director level.

- A record of delivering measurable revenue growth rather than just higher lead counts.

- A current or recent Director or Senior Manager marketing operations title at a mid-sized B2B SaaS company.

- Experience improving marketing funnels that handle very high traffic, whether product-led self-serve or sales-led for small and mid-sized buyers.

- Direct, hands-on ownership of Salesforce and a marketing automation or lifecycle platform, not just a stakeholder relationship with an administrator.

- Experience building funnel analytics or attribution models yourself, using SQL or alongside a data team.

Bonus points

- Marketing operations experience at a truly product-led company where self-serve generates most revenue.

- Experience getting marketing, sales and revenue operations to agree on shared funnel definitions, routing rules and response standards.

- Hands-on experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
