Role Overview

TripleLift is evolving from a media platform into an intelligence-powered growth engine. As AI reshapes how brands plan, buy, optimize, and measure media, we are embedding intelligence across creative, curation, targeting, activation, and measurement.
We are hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead how we bring AI-powered products to market.
This leader will define positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for AI-driven solutions across CTV, video, native, retail media, and emerging formats. They will translate complex machine learning, predictive models, and automation capabilities into clear business outcomes for brands, agencies, and publishers.
This is a high-impact, revenue-facing role at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing.

What You’ll Own

AI Product Positioning & Messaging
- Lead positioning for AI-driven capabilities across predictive audience modeling, intelligent curation, creative optimization, automation, and AI-powered planning and measurement.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Develop differentiated messaging versus legacy platforms and point solutions.
AI GTM Strategy & Launch Leadership
- Own end-to-end GTM for AI-led launches.
- Define ICP, use cases, buyer personas, and packaging strategy.
- Align launches to quarterly pipeline goals across regions.
Revenue Alignment & Pipeline Impact
- Partner with ABM and Demand Gen to ensure messaging supports in-market and out-market campaigns.
- Align messaging to account journey stages.
- Build enablement materials that support high-value, complex deals.
Sales Enablement for Intelligent Solutions
- Develop narratives that demonstrate how AI reduces waste, improves performance, and accelerates activation.
- Build competitive battlecards.
- Integrate AI positioning into enterprise sales motions.
Thought Leadership in AI-Driven Advertising
- Shape POV on how AI is transforming media buying, CTV monetization, retail media, and creative performance.
- Develop content optimized for AI-influenced search and buyer behavior.
Cross-Functional Intelligence Layer
- Act as connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, ABM, and MOPs.
- Help operationalize account intelligence within marketing and sales workflows.

Ideal Experience

- 8–12+ years in Product Marketing within AdTech, MarTech, AI SaaS, or media platforms.
- Experience marketing machine learning, automation, or predictive modeling products.
- Strong technical fluency with ability to translate complexity.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven track record launching complex AI-driven solutions.

Why This Role Matters Now

Marketing is expected to support significant pipeline targets across regions. ABM has matured into a measurable revenue engine. To scale that impact, we need product marketing that can translate AI capabilities into economic value, fuel ABM with differentiated messaging, and help Sales win complex, intelligence-driven deals.

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.

$140,000$190,000 USD
