Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants, supporting career growth, skills development, and onboarding.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, field observations, and performance feedback.

  • Ensure SCs are proficient in relevant industry use cases, Sprinklr capabilities, and new product enhancements.

  • Support hiring efforts to build a diverse, high‑performing SC team.

Deal Support & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify, shape, and support customer opportunities.

  • Serve as a strategic solutions advisor on high‑priority deals, guiding SCs on discovery, solution design, demos, and value articulation.

  • Help teams position the value of unified customer experience management and Sprinklr’s differentiated platform capabilities.

  • Act as a solutions sponsor for select accounts when additional executive presence is needed.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Director of Solution Consulting to drive regional GTM strategy and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and solution strategies.

  • Provide structured feedback to product managers and engineering teams based on field learnings, customer requirements, and competitive insights.

  • Participate in product interlock processes to support product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.

Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Support team readiness by organizing training sessions, sharing best practices, and developing reusable assets.

  • Help improve SC processes, playbooks, and methodologies to drive consistency and impact.

  • Contribute to SC onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring a strong, efficient experience for new hires.

  • Initiate and support projects that enhance the SC organization’s capabilities, tools, or workflows.

Thought Leadership & Market Awareness

  • Maintain awareness of emerging trends in AI, conversational technologies, unified customer experience management, and social, marketing, and service technologies.

  • Coach SCs on how to translate these trends into customer‑relevant insights and solution narratives.

  • Represent the SC team at internal sessions, regional events, and customer workshops as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role in an enterprise software environment.

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Strong track record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering value‑driven customer engagements.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent.

  • Experience with complex system design, enterprise architecture fundamentals, and integrations.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS platform technologies.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and collaborate in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience facilitating or contributing to discovery workshops, solution design sessions, or human‑centric design approaches (preferred but not required).

What Success Looks Like

  • A high‑performing, engaged SC team that consistently delivers quality customer engagements.

  • Strong alignment with Sales and Product, resulting in clearer messaging, higher win rates, and improved customer outcomes.

  • Scalable processes, tools, and best practices adopted across the region.

  • Team members who grow their skills, confidence, and career paths under your leadership.

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off – it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.
