About Henry
Henry is the AI platform automating back-office knowledge work for commercial real estate teams. With Henry Deal, we turn a firm's institutional knowledge – its underwriting models, comps, client relationships, and deal history – into every deliverable a transaction needs, from underwriting to pitch deck to packaging to close.
We're the fastest-growing AI-native proptech company in the world. 150+ firms – including all of the largest CRE brokerages – have produced 20,000+ client-ready deliverables on Henry, representing more than $150B in underlying deal value. We're backed by FirstMark, Thomson Reuters Ventures, YC, and Susa Ventures, and fresh off a $16.5M Series A.
About the Role
We're hiring a Director of Account Management to own one of Henry's largest enterprise partnerships: a global, top three commercial real estate brokerage rolling Henry out office by office across the U.S. under a firm-wide agreement. You'll run the partnership end to end, scoping and launching new offices and teams, and you'll build Henry's account management function around it as it grows.
This is not a traditional account management role. The account is live and growing fast; your job is to make Henry the best possible solution for our clients. You'll become deeply embedded in the firm's business – how its capital markets, leasing, and debt teams work, what they're trying to win, where they get stuck, and how Henry makes them faster and better. You'll spend real time on the ground with producers, team leads, and market leaders, not just on calls.
You should think like a consultant and operate like an owner. You'll ask the right questions and figure out how to tailor our platform to the customer needs. The relationship matters just as much as the solution. The best person in this seat knows their customer cold – their goals, their internal dynamics, what motivates each stakeholder – and becomes the person they trust, call first, and want in their corner. You're not maintaining an account. You're growing a partnership that is central to both.
What You'll Do
Own the partnership

  • Be the single owner of the relationship: the account plan, the commercial strategy, the executive map, and the number.

  • Build trusted relationships from producers and team leads up to the firm's market and national leadership – and become the person they call first.

  • Run a structured cadence with the firm's leadership: usage, wins, roadmap, and what's next.

Land and expand

  • Scope, launch, and convert new offices and teams: kickoff, workflow discovery, template design, onsite training, and adoption follow-through.

  • Drive expansion across teams, users, and use cases (BOVs, OMs, pitch decks, debt and equity packages).

  • Own renewal and pricing conversations and make the ROI case in the firm's own numbers.

Run the customer engine

  • Read usage and health signals to spot risk early and act before it becomes churn.

  • Be the escalation point for anything the account needs – urgent decks, custom templates, product gaps – and get it resolved fast with the right internal team.

  • Translate what you hear on the ground into product feedback and process improvements, and keep Henry's leadership informed on exactly where the account stands.

Build the function

  • Define Henry's enterprise account management playbook – account planning, expansion motions, business reviews, executive engagement – so it scales to our other top brokerages.

  • Hire, onboard, and lead account managers as the book grows.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Every team hits their KPis, on time, with adoption that sticks.

  • The firm's leadership treats you as a strategic partner, not a vendor – and expansion conversations start with them.

  • Henry's leadership always knows exactly where the account stands and what's next.

  • There's a repeatable playbook – and a team – behind you.

Who You Are

  • You are excited to be on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, and want to help shape an industry-changing product.

  • 3–6 years of experience across commercial real estate and consulting. The ideal profile: you started inside a global CRE brokerage – at least a year as an analyst or in a similar deal-facing seat – and then spent time in strategy, transactions, or management consulting.

  • You know how brokerage teams actually operate – capital markets, leasing, and debt – and can talk credibly with producers and market leaders about their deals and their materials.

  • You've owned a customer relationship with revenue on the line, and you've grown it.

  • You're structured and commercial: you build the account plan, run the cadence, and know how to make the ROI case.

  • You're a natural relationship builder – trusted, direct, and comfortable in a room of senior brokers.

  • You're in NYC or willing to relocate (this is an in-person, 5 days/week role), and you're happy to travel to the firm's offices around the country.

  • You're ready to work 60+ hours a week because you're hungry, not because someone's watching the clock.

Nice to have

  • You've managed or mentored people and want to build your own team.

  • You've worked at, or sold into, a B2B SaaS or AI product.

Why Henry
This is a rare opportunity to operate at a high-growth, category-defining AI company with real revenue, real customers, and strong momentum – and to own the partnership that matters most.
You'll have meaningful ownership from day one. You'll work closely with the CEO, Customer Success, Product and Engineering – helping shape not only how we serve our largest customers, but how Henry grows.

  • Own a marquee enterprise relationship end to end, with the mandate and the resources to grow it

  • Define and build Henry's enterprise account management motion as the company scales

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and be trusted to move quickly

  • Build and lead a team

Alongside that, you'll have strong support and upside:

  • Top of market compensation and equity

  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k)

  • Daily lunch and dinner in-office

  • Monthly workout stipend

  • Clear growth trajectory as the company continues to scale
