  • Maintain a deep understanding of entertainment, digital culture, emerging online trends, and competitive activity to inform client recommendations

  • Lead weekly client calls and meetings, establish agendas, manage follow-ups, and ensure accountability

  • Guide junior team members and oversee project execution while contributing to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and a collaborative team culture

  • Travel as needed for client activations, talent shoots, media days, and live events

What You Will Need

  • Significant hands-on experience securing and managing A-list celebrity partnerships, including negotiations, contract management, and production logistics

  • Strong existing relationships across the entertainment and cultural ecosystem, including talent representatives and relevant partnership contacts

  • Strategic brand experience that extends beyond talent representation or transactional booking, with the ability to connect talent decisions to business and marketing objectives

  • Experience integrating talent partnerships with content strategy, product placement, and broader entertainment-driven campaigns

  • Deep cultural literacy and digital fluency, with active engagement in current online conversations, emerging trends, and shifts in audience behavior

  • Ability to independently lead complex projects from strategy through execution and manage multiple priorities with precision

  • Excellent client communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and senior stakeholders

  • A proactive, self-driven, solutions-oriented approach, with the initiative to identify opportunities and move work forward

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets

  • Ability to travel for client activations, media days, talent shoots, and event support

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field strongly preferred

  • New York-based candidates strongly preferred
