Position Title: eCommerce Project Manager II

Duration: 24 months + (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $60 - $66 / hour on W2
Location: New York, 10001 (Hybrid)
Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the US DTC business, focusing on optimizing site experience, including but not limited to the following:
• keeping our sites legally compliant as new rules and regulations are released by opening tickets and updating legal copy across all sites
• managing and updating our evergreen auto-replenishment subscription programs across 8 brands
• monitoring customer feedback monthly to develop and execute action plans for fixing issues across all sites, directly impacting our customer satisfaction scores and therefore our sales
• project managing our roadmap with our CDMO partners, helping to enable important site features across brands to scale adoption (such as cart, checkout features) via Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising tasks
