What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing industries (e.g., Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace) and B2B sales & service
- Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm, company, or digital agency
- A strong track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior leaders
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities
- Proven track record to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
