Bread Finance is seeking an IT Integration Engineer to join our Corporate IT team. This is a hands-on role, reporting to our Head of IT, where you will configure and maintain the company’s many SaaS applications. This includes integration between applications and building automations to aid in Bread IT operations. In addition, all members of the Bread IT team help in supporting the users and their needs. 

Job Duties 

  • Manage access control for Bread’s key systems 
  • Integrate Bread’s Okta single-sign-on (SSO) with all other applications 
  • Develop and maintain logical and functional user groups 
  • Build and maintain automation workflows to aid in onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain our Google Workspace environment 
  • Be the subject matter expert of Bread’s Atlassian instance 
  • Find efficiencies Bread’s usage of SaaS 
  • Coordinate with Alliance Data, Bread’s parent company, on evaluating similar applications used across both organizations 
  • Assist in the integration of email systems, specifically Google Workspace Mail and Office 365 Mail
  • Respond to, record, track, update, maintain, and close tickets through Bread’s JIRA ticketing system
  • Coordinate with external vendors to upgrade, maintain, or decommission application contracts
  • Assist in the planning, justification, acquisition, and budgeting for software, resources and maintenance
  • Provide end-user support through tickets, instant messaging, email, and phone calls 
  • Support Bread employees in their use of Mac computers, Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite), Okta SSO, Atlassian products, Slack, Zoom, and more 
  • Partner with security groups to manage our corporate cybersecurity posture and gap remediation for compliance and best practices (SOC1/2, PCI, NIST) 
  • Onboard and offboard employees and participate in employee training 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • 5 years experience supporting SaaS and cloud applications 
  • 3 years experience managing a SaaS-based Corp IT tech stack - Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom
  • 3 years experience managing single sign on (Okta preferred) and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • 2 years experience with identity management, including the implementation of SSO and MFA
  • 2 years experience with some scripting languages or building automated workflows 
  • Experience supporting a remote workforce 
  • Experience with macOS systems administration through JAMF in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with MDM, and management of mobile devices 
  • 2 years experience working on a help desk team
