Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue across NinjaOne’s largest enterprise accounts and prospects. This is a strategic sales role focused on growing wallet share within existing customers while building traction with net new enterprise accounts.

You will be responsible for expanding NinjaOne adoption within Global 2000 prospects by aligning NinjaOne’s platform and solutions to complex IT operational challenges. You will also identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base. This role owns the full sales cycle and requires a strong combination of prospecting, territory planning, relationship development, pipeline management, discovery, presentation delivery, negotiation, and closing skills.

Location: Remote in TN.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualify prospective accounts and build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to achieve or exceed sales goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on NinjaOne’s platform and solutions, leading discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.

  • Identify key decision-makers, executive stakeholders, buying committees, and procurement processes to advance opportunities and drive successful outcomes.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, discounts, and implementation requirements in partnership with leadership when approvals are required.

  • Work closely with NinjaOne channel partners to identify, develop, and close prospective opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing, SDRs, Channel, and other internal teams to develop territory plans and generate net new pipeline.

  • Build and manage a multimillion-dollar pipeline across a defined enterprise territory.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts and align NinjaOne’s capabilities to their business and IT operational priorities.

  • Accurately manage opportunities and forecast revenue in Salesforce to consistently hit or exceed quota.

  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within NinjaOne’s existing enterprise customer base.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions with full sales cycle responsibility.

  • Experience selling into the Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana markets.

  • Experience selling IT operations software, infrastructure technology, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or similar solutions required.

  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.

  • Proven hunter and closer mentality with the ability to generate pipeline, create urgency, navigate complex sales cycles, and win new business.

  • Strong ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and executive buyers.

  • Excellent professional presence and strong business acumen.

  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong active listening and discovery capabilities.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer engagements, including executive presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery calls.

  • Strong territory planning and account strategy skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities and resources effectively.

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Proven ability to lead with NinjaOne’s values of Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, and Builders through how you engage, sell, build trust, partner, and win.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, and PTO.
