About this role

Insightful is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of our targeted ABM campaigns. This role will be primarily responsible for mid-market and enterprise-level Account-Based Marketing campaigns, with a supporting role in field events and conferences. Working directly with the VP of Marketing, the ideal candidate will drive high-quality pipeline through precision targeting, AI-powered prospecting, and sales-aligned outbound campaigns — while also contributing to our event presence on a supporting basis.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role are divided into two areas, with ABM as the primary focus:

Outbound ABM & Campaigns (Primary Focus)

  • Own the strategy and execution of targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities to achieve sales lead generation targets.
  • Use AI SDR toolsets and other prospecting technology across email, LinkedIn, and prospect research for CRM enrichment to orchestrate automated outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Execute intent signal advertising and outbound strategies, guiding a team of SDRs and supporting 3+ enterprise account executives.
  • Build and manage target account lists, leveraging intent data and account scoring to prioritize outreach.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales team with relevant and persuasive collateral designed to convert leads from ABM target accounts.
  • Support the company's strategic global markets teams with region-specific and language-optimized content and campaigns, as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear, summarized insights for the marketing and sales leadership.

        Events and Conferences (Supporting Role)

  • Support the planning and execution of physical and virtual event marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with key aspects of B2B event management including logistics, promotional activities, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure events align with ABM target account strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on ABM, demand generation, and B2B SaaS lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing Account-Based Marketing programs, including 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies.
  • Experience with field events and conferences is a plus, though not the primary requirement.
  • A highly analytical and results-driven approach, with experience in campaign performance analysis and delivering clear, summarized insights.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver on revenue goals and customer acquisition priorities.
  • Proficiency in AI automation for go-to-market programs and campaigns is required. Demonstrated experience with agentic AI for GTM is expected.
  • Proficiency in key MarTech and Sales Tech is expected: including HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, ZoomInfo, PhantomBuster, or similar tools.
  • Experience with hands-on execution on LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator and 6sense/Demandbase or a similar ABM advertising tool is expected.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, excellent English verbal and written communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of the human resources, IT, business process outsourcing, financial services, or AI model training industries is preferred.
