Who we are About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Events Marketing team is part of Stripe's broader Americas Marketing organization and builds high-impact event experiences across key industry, product, and segment priorities. The Product and Financial Services portfolio supports programs that drive pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate adoption of Stripe's revenue and financial infrastructure products. In this role, you'd join a team that values precision, creativity, sound judgment, and strong operational partnership.

What you’ll do

We're looking for an experienced events professional to own the planning and execution of a focused portfolio of Product and Financial Services events within AMER Events Marketing. You'll lead end-to-end delivery of event programs aligned to Stripe's Financial Services and product go-to-market priorities, spanning third-party industry conferences and Stripe-hosted experiences. Your portfolio will include Financial Services programs such as Money20/20 and product-focused industry events. Day to day, you'll manage multiple concurrent programs while partnering closely with field marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, and external agencies to deliver experiences that support pipeline, account engagement, and relationship depth.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end planning, coordination, and onsite execution for a portfolio of Financial Services and product-focused third-party and first-party events, including Money20/20.
  • Translate event objectives into clear program plans, audience experiences, workbacks, staffing plans, and success measures
  • Partner with field marketing, demand generation, product marketing, partner marketing and industry go-to-market teams to align programs with business priorities and audience needs
  • Develop, manage, and track event budgets, surfacing variances, timeline risks, and scope tradeoffs early with recommended paths forward
  • Serve as the primary event point of contact for agencies, vendors, venues, and other external partners supporting the portfolio.
  • Manage logistics end to end, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contracts, catering, audio/visual, staffing, run-of-show, and onsite execution
  • Independently manage day-to-day planning and delivery across assigned programs, coordinating stakeholders and keeping workbacks on track.
  • Maintain accurate event data in relevant event-management and CRM systems to support registration, lead capture, pipeline attribution, and reporting.
  • Lead post-event reporting across pipeline influence, lead generation, engagement, and budget performance, and turn findings into practical improvements
  • Present post-event findings, learnings, and recommendations to the Head of AMER Events and relevant GTM stakeholders.
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 4–6 years of event-management experience, preferably in B2B technology, fintech, financial services, payments, or product marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering third-party sponsorships and company-hosted events from planning through onsite execution and post-event reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes events concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across marketing, sales, product, and executive audiences.
  • Experience managing event budgets, vendors, agencies, and operational details.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience producing Financial Services, fintech, payments, or product-marketing events.
  • Familiarity with product and industry events such as Money20/20, MRC, and MAG.
  • Familiarity with Revenue, Money Management, or related Stripe product narratives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and event-management platforms such as Splash, Cvent, or comparable tools.
  • Experience supporting executive-level programs, including roundtables, hosted dinners, and invitation-only summits.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using event data to inform decisions and report pipeline attribution.
