Position Summary

The Events Manager is responsible for leading the execution of strategic brand events and experiential activations. This role will interact with our vendors as well as multiple internal teams including Marketing, Retail, Content, and Visual Merchandising to Design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management and logistics of all experiential initiatives including VIP events, third-party activations, hospitality trips, and more.

  • Create project briefs to distribute information to the necessary internal teams.

  • Provide feasibility feedback, budgets and timelines for creative concepts as needed.

  • Independently manage on-site logistics for experiential activations.

  • Independently develop and manage project budgets: provide regular updates to project stakeholders and reconcile budgets with adherence to internal procedures and deadlines.

  • Oversee international events and activations, providing local teams with execution guidelines and feedback.

  • Source and bid third party vendors and independent contractors for projects.

  • Organize and attend meetings with vendors and venues.

  • Negotiate fees and terms with vendors as needed.

  • Catalog invoices and work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure all vendors are paid in a timely manner.  

  • Coordinate meetings with vendors, venues, and the internal Kith Team.

  • Create and manage production schedules for events and installations.

  • Manage and update internal events calendar

  • Manage and update internal catalog of event and installation photography and recaps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Minimum 5+ year’s experience producing live events and immersive installations

  • Knowledge in technical production and custom fabrication processes, with vendors and production partner relationships

  • Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, in fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to prepare and manage detailed project budgets Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Adept problem-solver with ability to address and resolve challenges to meet creative and brand standards

  • Ability to operate with strong sense of ethics, in work and personal relationships

  • Ability to travel, domestically and internationally

  • Ability to work flexible schedule

  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite
