Summary

Wiz is building something special in the world of events and community experiences, creating strategic engines for engagement, learning, and brand impact. 
We value excellence and impeccable execution at every touchpoint, and we are looking for a highly organized Events Program Manager to own the end-to-end content journey of our Wiz-led events.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between marketing, product, speakers, and design teams to ensure every piece of content—from registration campaigns to session narratives and on-stage presentations—is compelling, aligned, and delivered with excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead Content Strategy & Execution

  • Define messaging frameworks for event registration campaigns, emails, landing pages, and attendee journeys
  • Partner with Marketing to develop consistent, on-brand campaign content that drives registrations and engagement
  • Ensure content quality and alignment across all attendee-facing touchpoints

Session & Speaker Content Ownership

  • Manage the full session content lifecycle - from call-for-abstracts to final presentation delivery
  • Work directly with internal and external speakers to refine session titles, abstracts, and narratives
  • Guide speakers on structure, messaging, and brand alignment to raise session impact and quality
  • Coordinate review cycles, deadlines, approvals, and compliance with event goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations

  • Serve as the go-to for content timelines, stakeholder updates, and content deliverables
  • Collaborate with design, production, and marketing operations to ensure flawless execution
  • Maintain clear content calendars and tracking systems to support planning and execution
  • Ensure event content reflects brand, voice, and strategic objectives
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, content marketing, or campaign/program management
  • Proven ability to manage complex content operations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and at scale
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and external speakers to elevate content quality
  • Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a can-do attitude

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range
$136,000$187,000 USD
