About the Role 

The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager – Acquisition is a senior individual contributor role responsible for three connected areas of ownership: managing EverHealth's external performance marketing agency relationship, building and coordinating integrated campaigns across brand and growth teams, and standing up a signal-based ABM and outbound acquisition motion. This role allows product-line growth owners to stay focused on strategy while this role handles the shared execution, agency management, and cross-brand coordination work underneath it.


This role reports into the Head of Growth Marketing and partners closely with product-line growth owners, Brand & Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to ensure coordinated, high-performing execution across the portfolio.


What You’ll Do

Agency Management & Performance

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of EverHealth’s external performance marketing agency relationship, managing briefs, testing plans, and performance accountability across paid search, paid social, display, SEO, and AEO.
  • Translate product-line growth strategy into clear agency briefs, ICP filters, campaign objectives, and optimization expectations.
  • Own reporting on agency-sourced pipeline efficiency (cost per MQL/CAC by channel) and surface recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix.
  • Manage the agency relationship day to day, escalating performance issues and keeping the Head of Growth Marketing informed on material shifts in scope or results.

Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Translate product line strategy, product launches, and messaging direction from Brand & Product Marketing into coordinated, cross-functional campaign execution with product line growth owners.
  • Serve as the connective layer between Brand, Growth, and Creative, ensuring campaigns launch on time and in alignment with brand voice and positioning.
  • Maintain a consistent campaign calendar and operating cadence across the EverHealth portfolio.

ABM & Outbound Acquisition

  • Design and execute a signal-based ABM/outbound acquisition motion using intent data and ICP-based targeting, prioritizing the highest-opportunity product line(s) before expanding portfolio-wide.
  • Build outbound messaging and sequencing strategy in partnership with Sales/SDR leadership, aligning on targeting, timing, and lead handoff, without owning SDR headcount or day-to-day cadence execution.
  • Own and report on the Outbound MQL goal, testing and iterating on targeting and messaging to improve performance over time.
  • Partner with RevOps on lead handoff definitions and data quality standards specific to outbound-sourced leads.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Health IT growth, acquisition, or performance marketing, with direct experience managing external agency relationships.
  • Experience building or scaling ABM and/or outbound acquisition programs, including ICP-based targeting, intent signals, and message/sequence design. 
  • Agency-side experience (in-house or client-facing) is a plus, bringing added perspective on how to brief, manage, and get the most out of an external performance marketing partner.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-stakeholder campaigns across brand, creative, and growth teams.
  • Comfort partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead handoff, targeting alignment, and outbound performance metrics (connect rate, reply rate, meeting set rate), without owning SDR management directly.
  • Working familiarity with sales engagement/cadence platforms (e.g., Groove, Outreach, Salesloft) and core marketing/sales systems (Salesforce, HubSpot); deep platform administration is not required for this role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize performance data into clear recommendations for brand and growth leadership.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a newly scoped role, building process and infrastructure from the ground up.

Where: 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 USD year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
