About the role and team

Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As an Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP), you are a strategic operator who provides the foundation for our leadership to move fast. This isn't just about scheduling; it’s about navigating a global environment where priorities shift instantly and the logistical "messiness" of the real world—from complex conference room landscapes to international visa requirements—is yours to master.

Success here requires extreme ownership, grit, and the ability to stay steady under pressure. You will be part of an extraordinary EA community that prides itself on excellence and "going boldly together." We are looking for a partner who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs before they are voiced, and is motivated by the challenge of coordinating movement at a global scale. If you are energized by a rapid pace and want to build a career where your impact is tangible every day, this is where you’ll grow.

What you’ll do

  • Master complex, rapidly shifting calendars by acting as a strategic filter, vetting and prioritizing requests to ensure your leaders are focused on Uber’s most critical goals.
  • Lead the seamless execution of domestic and international travel logistics, managing intricate itineraries and visa processing with precision and urgency.
  • Unblock leadership by driving accountability for project deadlines and deliverables, taking ownership of action items to ensure the team stays on track.
  • Coordinate high-impact events—including QBRs, all-hands, and summits—balancing logistical complexity with a focus on team collaboration and morale.
  • Navigate the intricacies of a matrixed environment, building trust fast with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward through ambiguity.
  • Manage sensitive operational tasks, including morale budgets and expense auditing, while handling confidential information with absolute discretion.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Mail, Docs, Sheets).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of administrative experience, with at least 4 years supporting VP or global Director-level leaders in a tech environment.
  • Proven ability to take ownership over ambiguous situations and make high-stakes judgment calls with minimal oversight.
  • Experience coordinating complex projects from start to finish within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and team expense reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
