We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work closely with our NYC site leadership team. You’ll organize and manage multiple complex calendars across multiple time zones, corresponding with various internal and external stakeholders to support anticipated needs.

So who are we seeking? A proactive, passionate, prioritizer who loves navigating senior execs in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

This is a full-time position in our NYC office, which requires some travel flexibility according to company needs.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • As a calendar expert, you take charge of calendars, ongoing tasks, and follow-ups on action items.
  • You give ongoing administrative support to Yotpo co-founder and CEO and be the POC for all the management layers in the organization.
  • You’re a communication expert, managing written and verbal comms related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, visits, etc.
  • Embracing tasks as they arise, you will own coordination and execution of objectives as required.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, you’ll handle sensitive information.
  • You handle travel planning as needed: flights, hotel arrangements, calendar meetings, and more, sometimes accompanying our CEO (think less than 20% of the time)

About you:

  • You have a strong track record in an administrative and executive-facing role.
  • Your expert organizational skills enable you to prioritize and multitask, even under time pressure.
  • As a highly resourceful problem solver, you are a fast learner who gets things done.
  • You thrive on great interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • A proficiency in Google Suite helps you operate efficiently every day.
  • You approach problems with optimism: you’ll find the solution!

Base salary $80-100,000

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
