Job Description Summary

Job Description

GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced and transformational Executive Commercial Partner, US & Canada – SEI + Intelerad to lead the US & Canada commercial organization across both Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) and the recently acquired Intelerad business.

This executive will have end-to-end commercial accountability across the combined SEI + Intelerad portfolio, spanning enterprise imaging, cloud, workflow, AI, image exchange, advanced visualization and related digital solutions serving large health systems, hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory imaging centers, radiology groups and other care settings.

The Executive Commercial Partner will inherit two businesses with complementary portfolios, market positions, customer segments and commercial capabilities. This leader will be responsible not simply for bringing the two commercial organizations together, but for translating that combination into a differentiated growth engine for GE HealthCare.

The mandate includes protecting and growing both installed bases, accelerating cross-portfolio selling, expanding into new customer segments, unlocking the commercial value of the Intelerad acquisition, and progressively creating a unified customer experience and go-to-market model across SEI + Intelerad.

This leader will also play a critical role in building the commercial model required for the next phase of the business—shifting from traditional product selling toward cloud-first, AI-enabled, platform and SaaS-oriented solutions while maintaining relentless focus on near-term commercial performance.

Core Responsibilities:

Own USCAN Commercial Performance Across SEI + Intelerad

  • Own US & Canada orders, revenue, growth, retention and overall commercial performance across the SEI + Intelerad businesses.

  • Develop and execute an integrated USCAN commercial strategy in partnership with Global Commercial, Product, Engineering, Services and GE HealthCare regional leadership.

  • Establish clear market, segment and account priorities across both businesses and translate them into disciplined pipeline and execution plans.

  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, pricing discipline, deal governance and operating rigor.

  • Personally engage in the most strategic and complex customer opportunities, serving as an executive sponsor and escalation point.

  • Build a culture of accountability for outcomes, not activity, across the commercial organization.

Lead SEI + Intelerad Commercial Integration & Unlock Acquisition Value

  • Lead the USCAN commercial integration of SEI + Intelerad, protecting the strengths, customer relationships and commercial momentum of both businesses while progressively creating a more integrated commercial organization.

  • Translate the strategic rationale of the Intelerad acquisition into measurable commercial outcomes, including cross-sell, new-logo acquisition, improved retention and expansion into adjacent customer segments.

  • Establish clear account ownership, rules of engagement and opportunity governance across the SEI and Intelerad commercial teams during the transition.

  • Lead the progression from co-marketing to co-selling and ultimately converged selling, ensuring customers experience increasing simplicity rather than the complexity of two legacy organizations.

  • Partner across Product, Services, Finance, Legal and Commercial Operations to remove barriers to cross-portfolio selling and accelerate realization of revenue synergies.

  • Identify and mitigate customer and revenue risks throughout the integration, with particular focus on protecting both installed bases and reducing attrition.

Expand the Market & Accelerate Growth

  • Capitalize on the complementary strengths of SEI + Intelerad to expand GE HealthCare's presence across:

  • Large health systems and academic medical centers

  • Community and mid-sized hospitals

  • Outpatient and ambulatory imaging centers

  • Radiology and reading groups

  • Emerging cloud-based and distributed care models

  • Drive new-logo acquisition while increasing share of wallet across the combined installed base.

  • Build repeatable cross-sell motions across the SEI + Intelerad portfolios, including enterprise imaging, image exchange, advanced visualization, cardiology, AI/orchestration and adjacent digital capabilities.

  • Build strategic relationships with senior healthcare executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CMIOs, clinical leaders and health system executives.

Transform the Commercial Model for SaaS & Platform Selling

  • Lead the evolution from traditional product and perpetual-license selling toward enterprise solutions, cloud, subscription and SaaS-based commercial models.

  • Develop a commercial organization capable of selling customer, clinical and business outcomes rather than individual technologies.

  • Build the competencies required for complex platform selling, including value articulation, executive engagement, enterprise contracting, recurring-revenue economics and long-term customer expansion.

  • Partner with Product leadership to bring market and customer insights into portfolio prioritization, packaging and roadmap decisions.

  • Develop pricing, packaging and incentive approaches that reinforce strategic growth priorities, cross-portfolio collaboration and recurring-revenue expansion.

Create a Unified SEI + Intelerad Customer Experience

  • Establish a customer-first commercial model across SEI + Intelerad, ensuring customers experience an increasingly coordinated GE HealthCare team regardless of legacy organizational boundaries.

  • Partner closely with Services and Customer Success to create effective handoffs across the customer lifecycle—from opportunity development and contracting through implementation, adoption, renewal and expansion.

  • Strengthen executive sponsorship and strategic account management for the region's largest and most complex customers.

  • Use customer feedback, competitive intelligence and market trends to continuously refine commercial strategy.

Build the Future Commercial Organization

  • Assess the combined SEI + Intelerad commercial organization and define the capabilities, structure and talent required for the future.

  • Preserve and leverage the entrepreneurial speed, software expertise and customer intimacy of Intelerad while bringing the scale, market reach and capabilities of GE HealthCare and SEI.

  • Develop a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline capable of supporting a significantly larger software business.

  • Attract, develop and retain high-performing software commercial talent.

  • Create a high-accountability culture that encourages collaboration across legacy organizational boundaries and rewards winning as one team.

Drive Commercial Excellence

  • Establish a rigorous operating cadence across pipeline, orders, revenue, retention, win/loss, pricing and sales productivity.

  • Apply GE HealthCare's Heartbeat and lean principles to improve commercial execution, problem solving and decision velocity.

  • Use data and market intelligence to continuously optimize territory coverage, resource deployment, sales productivity and investment.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure commercial investments generate appropriate returns and support profitable growth.

Experience Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with significant experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, SaaS, cloud or digital solutions.

  • Demonstrated success leading a large, complex commercial organization with accountability for significant revenue and growth targets.

  • Strong experience selling mission-critical enterprise software and platforms into complex healthcare organizations or similarly sophisticated enterprise customers.

  • Demonstrated experience leading organizations through significant transformation, including M&A integration, SaaS transformation, product-to-solution selling, commercial organization redesign and/or entry into new customer segments.

  • Proven track record of delivering against ambitious sales targets while simultaneously transforming an organization.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account management, contracting, pricing and complex solution selling.

  • Experience building executive-level customer relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder buying environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Services, Finance and other functions.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with understanding of recurring revenue, ARR, retention and SaaS economics.

  • Lean mindset with demonstrated ability to create operational rigor without sacrificing speed or entrepreneurial thinking.

Leadership Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • A growth leader who sees the combination of SEI + Intelerad as an opportunity to expand the market rather than simply combine two sales organizations.

  • A software commercial leader who understands how SaaS, cloud and platform economics change both the customer relationship and commercial model.

  • An integrator who can bring together teams with different histories, cultures and ways of working while retaining the strengths of each.

  • A customer executive comfortable operating with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, clinical executives and other senior healthcare leaders.

  • A talent builder capable of assessing an organization objectively, making difficult talent decisions and building the commercial organization required for the future.

  • An operator who brings rigor to pipeline, forecasting and execution while maintaining speed.

  • A change leader comfortable making decisions amid ambiguity and leading visibly through significant transformation.

Measures of Success

  • USCAN orders, revenue and profitable growth across SEI + Intelerad

  • Net-new logo acquisition and strategic enterprise wins

  • Customer retention and reduction in attrition across both installed bases

  • Cross-portfolio revenue and Intelerad acquisition synergy realization

  • Expansion of cloud, SaaS and recurring-revenue business

  • Pipeline quality, conversion and forecast accuracy

  • Successful progression from co-market to co-sell toward a more unified commercial model

  • Customer experience and strategic account health

  • Commercial productivity and organizational effectiveness

  • Retention and development of critical commercial talent

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving ambitious commercial targets.

  • Executive-level relationship management capabilities.

  • Strong business, financial and strategic acumen.
