The Cross- Line Of Business (LOB) Engagement Marketing organization, sets the Chase-wide strategy for integrated marketing programs and aligning priorities across lines of business to deliver seamless customer experiences, strengthen the Chase brand, and improve marketing effectiveness. The scope includes 30+ multichannel campaigns across four programs, reaching 55MM+ Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) customers across six lines of business and four customer segments.

As an Executive Director on the Cross Line Of Business (LOB) Chase Engagement Marketing team, you’ll harness the strengths and insights of each line of business to build integrated strategies that amplify the Chase brand and create value for customers and stakeholders. The portfolio generates 650MM+ annual customer impressions across 15 channels.

You’ll own the end-to-end strategy and performance of Security Marketing and One Chase programs—including expanding the marketable population, accelerating paperless adoption, and creating a cohesive Life Events Hub that helps customers navigate key life stages. At scale, these data-driven, customer-centric programs deliver more than $80MM in annual five-year NPV for Consumer and Community Banking.

You’ll define the vision and operating model for how these programs come to life across channels and touchpoints, using customer needs to guide decisions and measurable OKRs to track results. In close partnership with cross-functional Marketing and Product teams, you’ll bring customer-led solutions to market and lead a high-performing team of 14 marketing and campaign management professionals. The channel mix includes email; mobile and web owned advertising; paid and owned social; search; interstitials; paid and earned PR; notifications; Snapshot; and branch and employee channels. You’ll continuously improve performance through a disciplined test-and-learn approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set the end-to-end marketing strategy across programs to deliver on goals. Scope: 4 programs/30 campaigns annually, 6 LOBs, and an audience of 55MM customers
  • Lead and develop a team of 13 (VPS and associates) creating pipeline of talent and enabling career mobility opportunities
  • Define the operating model across 15 channels grounded in customer insights
  • Manage performance for 30+ annual campaign with accountability for $80MM 5-year NPV
  • Align 6 LOBs/business units to the book of work spanning across owned and paid channels
  • Drive prioritization across messaging, creative strategy, use cases, and test-and-learn roadmap to deliver cohesive and measurable outcomes  
  • Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns at a time - from implementation through optimization.
  • Communicate strategy, learnings, and results to senior stakeholders using clear, executive-ready narratives and performance reporting.
  • Strengthen the brand and deepen customer relationships by implementing integrated Chase-wide marketing strategies and content
  • Improve overall customer experiences by aligning marketing strategies across business lines to provide a seamless and cohesive journey 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years experience in marketing with financial services or related industries 
  • Proven ability to convert strategy into an actionable, measurable roadmap tied to business results
  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing at scale across 10+ channel sand audiences, including digital touchpoints (web, mobile, email, SMS, push, in-app, and owned and paid media).
  • Experience using data, experimentation, and measurement to improve customer journeys and marketing performance
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent across marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization and align stakeholders around shared priorities and metrics.
  • Exceptional people leadership, relationship-building, and influence skills in a highly matrixed environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital/technology, or business.
  • Experience building a structured performance cadence (e.g., KPI reviews) and producing executive-ready narratives.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and adjusting priorities in a changing environment.
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications.
