About The Role
We are looking for our first hire to help build our finance function and own and execute against a broad, critical scope.
Key Responsibilities
Help lead the quarterly and annual planning cycle guiding overall company strategy, resource allocation, and decision-making
- Serve as strategic partner to founders, GTM, and R&D across opportunities to drive ROI, make strategic investments that drive growth.
Own materials for our Board meetings and serve as a key partner on future fundraising processes
- Manage relationship with accounting firm and oversee the bookkeeping process
- Drive accountability from a metric, KPI, and monitoring perspective
Requirements
Experience as an early hire in a finance function at a growth-stage startup
Familiarity with economics of AI / tokens / agents
Prior experience in investment banking and/or PE
Entrepreneurial and proactive - looking for creative ways to make the team better and improve processes and looking to take on responsibility
Flexible, adaptable, willing to get hands dirty, collaborative
