As a Financial Advisory and Solutions Intern, you will provide analytical, transaction, and marketing support to help deliver capital structuring advice and tailored financing solutions. You will contribute to analyses such as ratings, cost of capital, liquidity stress testing, and peer benchmarking while gaining practical exposure to client-focused advisory work.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will help prepare presentations for client discussions and support the origination and execution of structured solutions. Through hands-on assignments, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, you will strengthen your analytical, quantitative, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Assist with capital structuring analyses, including ratings, cost of capital, liquidity stress testing, and peer benchmarking.

• Prepare presentations that communicate capital structuring advice to clients and prospects.

• Support the origination and execution of tailored structured financing solutions.

• Help identify client financing needs and develop relevant marketing materials and term sheets.

• Assist with transaction terms, legal documentation, internal credit applications, and other approval materials.

To be considered for the Financial Advisory and Solutions Intern internship, you must have:

• Be currently enrolled in a college or university program.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Bring strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in conversation.

• Show a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

• Manage detailed assignments accurately while meeting deadlines.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to team priorities.

Internship Overview:

Rabobank’s internship program is designed to provide a mutually beneficial relationship and growth opportunity for Rabobank and collegiate students. This experiential learning opportunity provides practical application and skills development in a professional environment and is aligned with Rabobank’s commitment to recruit top talent in the communities we serve.  While employed as a summer intern, students will have the opportunity to prove their ability to learn and demonstrate key skills that will make them successful at Rabobank. To aid in this endeavor, students will be matched with a mentor and provided the necessary professional development opportunities to achieve their goals. The internship will be a full time 40hr a week position, 10-week, paid program.

Target Hiring Range: $49.50/hour

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
