Position Summary

The Financial Consultant is the closer on our sales team. Our SDRs handle warm inbound leads and do all of the qualifying: discovery calls, uncovering the reasons behind the debt, verifying income, and building a comprehensive financial analysis. Every opportunity that reaches you has already been vetted and prepared, so your job is to close. You will run consultations with qualified clients, walk them through their options, handle objections, and enroll the clients our debt relief program fits.

Why Closers Choose Century

• Uncapped earnings. Top Financial Consultants earn $225K+.

• No clawbacks. Commission you earn stays earned.

• You close; you don't qualify. No cold calling, no lead buying.

• Top performers earn access to our largest opportunities

• Ongoing training and coaching, including regular 1-on-1s with managers who were top

producers themselves

• A leadership development program for top producers who want to run their own teams.

Every manager on our floor was a top producer, and we only fill management roles from within.

Culture & Incentives: There's always at least one incentive running on our floor, and often two or three at once. Recent ones include a yearly Vegas trip, a Cabo trip, Omega Speedmaster watches, a monthly Top Guns dinner, PS5 Pros, OLED TVs, iPhones, cash flash spiffs, tickets to sporting events, and team competitions for paid outings.

Benefits: Industry leading benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance (nearly 100% employer contribution!), PTO, sick time, rewards, 401K, commuter savings program, company happy hours and parties, weekly catered lunch, and more!

Schedule: M-F: 9:30am-6:30pm EST. In office Monday through Thursday, work from home on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Run consultations with clients our SDRs have already qualified

• Review each client's financial analysis and walk them through their debt relief options

• Handle objections and enroll the clients the program fits

• Own your clients through their first cleared payment

• Comply with all legals, disclosure, and documentation standards

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements

• 2+ years of closing experience in a sales role where you carried a number

• Results you can show, like rankings, awards, close rate, or production numbers

• A strong work ethic with excellent time management skills

• An ability to listen and put into practice teachings and critiques from management

• The desire to grow and become a top producer for the company

• Exceptional reading and speaking skills

• Must be a problem solver with great critical thinking skills

• A bachelor's or associate degree preferred

Not there yet? If you're strong with people but don't have a closing record yet apply anyway.

We'll consider you for our SDR role, which is how most of our Financial Consultants got their
start
