The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build the growth function as a Founding AI Growth Marketer. You will own experiments, create marketing assets, and develop AI agents and data tools to measure and improve acquisition.

What you'll do

- Build AI-agent workflows to generate, launch, and evaluate growth experiments.

- Run paid, organic, search, lifecycle, community, and partnership programs.

- Create product videos, advertising assets, landing pages, and campaign copy.

- Research competitors and refine positioning for enterprise buyers.

- Build a marketing data stack and report on pipeline, conversion, and acquisition cost.

- Work with leadership and product teams on launches and market feedback.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- 5 to 8 years of relevant growth or product marketing experience.

- B2B or technical enterprise marketing experience.

- Experience at an AI-native business or building an AI-native marketing operation.

- Hands-on ability to build agent workflows, scripts, and marketing automation.

- Ability to design experiments, manage budgets, and extract channel data independently.

- Ability to write, produce, and edit product content without relying on an agency.

Bonus points

- In-house growth or marketing operations experience.

- Early-stage founder or startup experience.

- Legal technology or enterprise software marketing experience.

- Base salary: USD 160,000 to 240,000 per year.
