Front Desk Receptionist 
Huntington Volvo – VIP Automotive Group

Huntington Volvo, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our showroom and administrative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and clerical skills who enjoys working in a professional dealership environment.

Schedule:
Full Time - Must be able to work the following schedule.
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay:
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit

  • Obtain and enter customer information into the dealership system

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson

  • Provide brochures and basic information to customers

  • Assist showroom staff with clerical and administrative duties

  • Provide clerical back-up support when needed

  • Stock vehicles into CDK

  • Create and log vehicle key tags

  • Assist with lease return processing

  • Batch out credit card transactions

  • Assist with coordinating vehicle transporters

  • Maintain a professional front desk and showroom appearance

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
